At Bargainwizz, we want to make sure to provide our customers with quality products at a discount. All products available through our Buy Now are New and eligible for returns, with the exception of Collectibles and Antiques. Auction items can be new, overstock, closeout or recertified products, as defined below. All auctions purchases are sold 'AS IS'. 

NEW

Item is unopened or unused in its original packaging. Items that are not prepackaged are unused. 

LIKE NEW

Includes any item that is unopened and unused in its original packaging. Item may also be a return but appears unopened, complete and unused. 

OPEN BOX

Can be an open box or an open item and may or may not be complete. The outside factory seal has been broken due to a variety of reasons including but not limited to, a cancelled order or mishandling during transporting from warehouse to warehouse, etc.

REFURBISHED

Refurbished typically means that the customer returned the item for reasons other than being defective (i.e. a customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the product, or had difficulty operating it).

Factory Refurbished products differ from other refurbished products because they are restored to the exact manufacturer specifications by the original manufacturer in a certified refurbishing center.

These unused or used items have been returned to original manufacturers for various reasons: use in field tests, use in sales displays, and cancellations. They are then cleaned, quality checked and tested twice. They are also serviced, if needed, in the original manufacturer's certified refurbishing center.

Refurbished products may come with minor blemishes and may come with or without manuals, batteries and back recovery disks. Please refer to the Product page for exact terms regarding warranty information and supplemental software. They may be packaged and shipped in non-retail boxes. Some non-basic components (i.e. cables, manuals, accessories) may be missing. Please see item description for package contents.

'AS IS'

Item being sold "as is. where we have not inspected the item in any way and make no guarantees about it's condition. All sales final. No returns or refunds on "as is" items.

COLLECTIBLE

Item is categorized as an antique which may hold a high value because of its considerable age or a collectible which is sought by collectors.
