RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Bargainwizz.com, we negotiate for the lowest prices possible to pass on the savings to you, however we realize that sometimes our members are not happy with their purchases, so we offer our membership, a very 'limited' return policy for BUY NOW purchases ONLY. We strive to maintain our low prices.
BUY NOW
RETURN POLICY
We offer a return policy for ‘NEW’ ITEMS ONLY. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All other BUY NOW purchases, including Collectibles and Antiques are ‘AS IS’ and NOT covered by this return policy. CLOTHING AND COSTUMES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. PLEASE PURCHASE ACCORDINGLY.
All return requests must be made within three (3) business days from the time of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Customer is responsible for any return fees including shipping, delivery and insurance associated with the return.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by requesting a Return Authorization Form at returns@bargainwizz.com
REFUND POLICY (WHEN APPLICABLE)
Returns must be returned in the original unopened packaging. All parts MUST be present. All returns must be shipped back to Bargainwizz.com with the provided Return Authorization Number. Customer is responsible for any return fees including shipping, delivery and insurance associated with the return. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. A refund will be issued upon approval of a return. Any fees will be subtracted from the refund.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
AUCTIONS
RETURN POLICY
Auction items are NOT eligible for return. All Auctions are AS IS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to the nature of the auctions, items won can be significantly below our costs. To maintain a continuous supply of products for auction, we do NOT offer a return on any items won at auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please check the condition of the product, which in most cases is 'new' as well as the description of the product. Bargainwizz.com is NOT responsible for any errors, omissions or typos with product listings. Bargainwizz.com will do its best to provide complete and accurate information concerning all items available in its store(s), however mistakes do happen. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED
Defective and/or Damaged items are NOT eligible for return with the exception ‘New’ items, which are eligible for returns. See above. PLEASE PURCHASE ACCORDINGLY.
INCORRECT ORDERS
We will make every effort to assure your order is complete upon packing in our warehouse. If for some reason your order is incomplete or incorrect, please notify returns@bargainwizz.com immediately. Notification via email must be made within 3 calendar days of receipt of the order, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your order. A final status of your request will be provided within 48 hours. Bargainwizz.com is committed to providing outstanding customer support.
EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our business, we offer many items in quantities of one, as such we do NOT offer exchanges for purchases. We do offer returns for ‘New’ items. See above. PLEASE PURCHASE ACCORDINGLY.
