Buy Now and Auction items may be eligible for shipping. If an item is not available for shipping, it will be indicated in the item description. All orders are shipped via residential or commercial shippers, i.e. USPS, UPS or any other shipping company deemed practical, available and/or necessary. We use LTL Freight shippers (see below) for large items. reserves the right to select the shipping companies based on its business needs. Shipping availability will be indicated in the shopping cart. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. A small handling fee may be included on each shipment.  

Delivery Times

Orders are shipped within 7-16 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions, etc.) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 96 hours, unless advised otherwise. Please allow up to 48 hours to reflect updates on tracking information. Freight shippers for large items may require an additional 96 hours to provide tracking information. 

Freight Shipments uses LTL Freight Shipping to ship large, bulky or heavy items. These Special Freight items can be identified by the Gold Circle on the product description page. If you want a quote on shipping an item listed as Special Freight, please contact us at We will respond within 48 hours, excluding weekends. 

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). reserves the right to reimburse fees and will notify the customer upon any decision to do so. 

Damages and Missing Orders

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us so we can help file a claim. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the shipment. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. 

All of our shipments are fully insured, but we may require your assistance when proceeding with filing a claim. For missing or damaged shipments, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 

Depending on the nature of your claim, you may need to provide photos of all outer and inner packaging as well as the package contents, and/or sign an affidavit that we send you once we begin the claim process. In some instances, a police report may need to be filed.
