RETURN POLICY
We offer a return policy for ‘UNOPENED NEW’, ‘NEW’ ITEMS ONLY. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Note that ‘open box’ or any condition listed other than ‘unopened new’ is NOT eligible for return. All other BUY NOW purchases are ‘AS IS’ and NOT covered by this return policy. Please purchase accordingly.
All return requests must be made within three (3) business days from the time of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Customer is responsible for any return fees including shipping, delivery and insurance associated with the return.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by requesting a Return Authorization Form at returns@bargainwizz.com
REFUND POLICY (WHEN APPLICABLE)
Returns must be returned in the original unopened packaging. All parts MUST be present. All returns must be shipped back to Bargainwizz.com with the provided Return Authorization Number. Customer is responsible for any return fees including shipping, delivery and insurance associated with the return. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. A refund will be issued upon approval of a return. Any fees will be subtracted from the refund.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

INCORRECT ORDERS
We will make every effort to assure your order is complete upon packing in our warehouse.. If for some reason your order is incomplete, notify returns@bargainwizz.com immediately. Notification via email must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your order. A final status of your request will be provided within 48 hours. Bargainwizz.com is committed to providing outstanding customer support.
